Malinda Van Dyke
InstructorMalinda is the proud mother of 4 wonderful kids and 3 big energetic Boxers. She has been a personal trainer and an aerobics instructor since the late '80's. Malinda injured her back 20 years ago, while weight lifting, and her physical therapist introduced her to the Pilates Reformer. After her recovery, she began her first set of many Pilates Certifications. Malinda is a full time instructor and continues to teach many different types of classes. She is a self-proclaimed "Foodie" and she can be found on the weekends attending outdoor farmer's markets, music or local art 'n wine festivals.
