Our companion care services are available to take care of everything your loved one needs, such as assistance with light housekeeping, help running errands and providing medication reminders, all while spending quality time with your loved one. While your loved one is enjoying social activities or spending time outside of the house, we’ll be there to offer a helping hand. Companion caregivers are available to play board games, promote active living and provide much-needed social interactions. Our companions can monitor a client’s safety, health and well-being as well as provide emotional support • all while assisting with activities of daily living.

• Dementia Care

  Our proprietary program, DementiaWise®, engages and enhances the lives of people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while providing support and education for the family. Caregivers take special care to recognize behavioral triggers and use redirection, which may help prevent or reduce any challenging dementia behaviors, while helping clients remain independent for as long as possible.

• Disability Support

  Children and adults with physical disabilities or other challenges often need hands-on care around the clock. In addition, our agency can perform fall-risk assessments in your loved one’s home and can provide fall prevention tips. ComForCare can help transfer your loved one from a medical facility such as a hospital to an assisted living community or to their home. Short-Term Assistance With hospital-to-home transition care, our caregivers are able to provide transportation assistance and help an individual with meal preparation, running errands, following discharge plans, light housekeeping and personal hygiene. Our caregivers are happy to help your loved ones as needed because we understand it's important to provide individuals with supervision and assistance around the clock after a hospital discharge in order to help ensure their safety and well-being. For older adults, continuing to monitor care after release from a facility is important in ensuring a full recovery. Ongoing Assistance We understand sometimes the reason for a hospital stay is due to something that affects the individual’s ability to perform daily activities during their recovery period.
