Dr. Graciela Shimizu Oliva
ProsthodontistDr. Shimizu earned her doctor of dental surgery from San Martin de Porres University in Lima, Peru in 2000. She continued her studies and training at Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she received her master’s degree and completed her prosthodontics residency. She also served as Chief Resident at Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis School of Dentistry from 2009-2010. Before joining ClearChoice, Dr. Shimizu gained invaluable experience through years of internships at a variety of dental practices and hospitals. Most recently, she treated patients as an associate dentist. Dr. Shimizu is fluent in both English and Spanish, which adds to her calming and comforting demeanor. She’s excited about being part of the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in San Jose, helping to create healthy smiles and transforming lives in California.

Dr. Touraj Khalilzadeh
Oral SurgeonDr. Khalilzadeh earned his degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and went on to earn another from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed internships in general, oral and maxillofacial surgery within the University of Maryland Medical System. He has held teaching positions at two universities, maintains memberships in numerous professional organizations, and is an associate surgeon at Santa Cruz Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Now in the process of completing board certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Khalilzadeh is known for his compassion and kindness. Safety is his top priority, and his patients often report their surgeries as being almost painless and having minimal healing time.

Dr. Brandon Kang
Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonIn 2004, Dr. Kang graduated with honors as a Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University, College of Dentistry. He went on to complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Woodhull Medical Center. He has served as a faculty member and lecturer at Hiossen Implant Center helping to advance the science of implant dentistry. Dr. Kang joined ClearChoice in July 2016 to bring more healthy, happy smiles to life in the San Jose community. He has worked in private practice in the United States, and volunteered overseas as a visiting surgeon to provide dental care to countries in need. Dr. Kang is a diplomate of both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
